Return and refund policy
At B&M Motorsports, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. However, we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.
Return Eligibility & Guidelines
Return Period: You have 10 days from the delivery date to request a return. After this period, returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
Condition of Items: Returned products must be unused, in brand-new condition, and include all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.
Proof of Purchase: A valid order confirmation or receipt is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as custom parts, special-order items, and clearance sale products, are final sale and cannot be returned. If you’re unsure about a product’s return eligibility, email us at b.mmotorsportsco@gmail.com before purchasing.
Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is incorrect or defective upon arrival.
***Do NOT send returns directly to the manufacturer. All returns must be processed through B&M Motorsports.
Refund Process
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item and notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, the refund will be processed within 3-5 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped), we will provide a prepaid return label, and no restocking fee will apply.
If the return is due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect ordering, or any reason unrelated to defects or errors, a restocking fee will be applied (see below).
Restocking Fees
To ensure fair handling of returns, a restocking fee of 20% applies to most returned products.
🚨 Exceptions: If the item was incorrectly shipped or defective upon arrival, no restocking fee will be charged.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If a return is approved, but you refuse delivery, any return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
If returning an item valued at over $100, we highly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. B&M Motorsports is not responsible for lost return shipments.
Final Sale Items
The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:
